High-voltage power infrastructure is already in place at GigaWatt.land, with multi-level transmission at 345 kV and 500 kV originating from the neighboring retired coal power plant within this designated energy community and Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ).

Renewable power production from solar
(1.5 GW under construction) and wind (existing 400MW + 600 MW expansion) is co-located as an integrated energy source, combined with long-duration energy storage and built-in grid redundancy.

Existing natural gas pipelines at the property, together with planned 36-inch and 42-inch expansions, support capacities of more than 2.5 Bcf/d—equivalent to approximately 10+ GW of power generation.

Onsite water is supplied by existing wells drawing from a massive 27,000-square-mile aquifer located at the center of the property and is co-located to a waste water plant.

Onsite fiber-optic infrastructure, together with adjacent dark-fiber lines from multiple operators, provides a multi-tier backbone with redundant loop architecture.

Onsite geothermal power will serve as an additional redundancy energy resource, leveraging the dormant volcanic structures located adjacent to the property.

Power needs are above 100 MegaWatt and up to 15 GW with LDES & 2N redundancy

Land needs are at least 100 acres or up to 2,000 acres to build your data center (BYO)
